The Entrupy certificate for handbags purchased from Luxury Love
If you purchase a handbag from one of the listed brands from us priced at at least 5000 PLN and it does not come with proof of purchase, you will receive an Entrupy certificate from us at no additional cost, guaranteeing the authenticity of the product.
Entrupy verification for handbags purchased outside our platform
We also offer a paid service for verifying the authenticity of items purchased outside our platform.
The cost of this service is 500 PLN for all luxury brands supported by Entrupy, except for the brand Hermès. For the verification of Hermès handbags and leather accessories, the service cost is 1000 PLN.
To verify the authenticity of a product, it is necessary to deliver the item either in person or by shipping it to our boutique, located in Warsaw at Centrum Handlowym Panorama przy Al. Wincentego Witosa 31/lokal 16. The service processing time is 2 business days.

How can you verify if an Entrupy certificate is authentic?
Each Entrupy certificate is registered in the Entrupy database, meaning it has a unique link and QR code. If you have a paper version of the certificate, scan the QR code on it to check if it opens the online version of the certificate. Every Entrupy certificate has a link that starts with: cert.entrupy.com.
It is also important to verify that the information provided on the certificate, such as the brand, material, and serial number (if available), matches the handbag being sold.
How does Entrupy work?
Entrupy is an advanced tool that uses artificial intelligence to verify the authenticity of luxury brand products.
The verification process using the Entrupy tool proceeds as follows:
Taking photos with the Entrupy device
We take a series of detailed photos of the item using a special device equipped with a microscope (including photos of materials, logos, and hardware).
Image analysis and comparison with the database
Entrupy technology analyzes the photos using advanced algorithms trained on a vast database of images of both authentic and counterfeit items. The database is continuously updated, and the algorithm learns over time, reducing the margin of error.
Authenticity assessment
Based on the analysis, the system provides a result indicating whether the item is authentic or potentially counterfeit. The result is often available immediately, but typically requires a wait of a few to several hours. If the item is determined to be authentic, the Entrupy application displays the result as "Authentic," and a certificate of authenticity is issued. Otherwise, the application shows the result as "Unidentified," meaning the product is not authentic.
