    Since the products we offer belong to private individuals, we do not accept returns unless the received item is inconsistent with the description. Then we will issue a full refund. 

  • Shipping

    The shipping time for most products is 1–2 business days. If the expected shipping time is longer, this will be stated in the product description. Domestic shipments within Poland are handled by DHL, while international shipments are carried out via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
