• Seller who is a natural person is not obliged to accept returns of pre-owned items coming from his own private collection.
• In case when the Buyer states that the received item is inconsistent with the description, the Buyer should report the inconsistency with the description by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after receiving the item but no later than within two days.
The Luxury Love platform will review the request within 2 working days and will send the decision by email.
In case if the request is considered to be justified, the Luxury Love platform will ask the Buyer to return the item immediately, not later than within 2 working days. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, it must not bear any signs of wear and must have all the labels and tags with which it was delivered attached.
The cost of the product, minus the shipping costs, will be refunded to the Buyer within 3 business days of receiving the product by the Luxury Love Platform.
• Professional Sellers who have a registered company are obliged to publish their own return policy.
The Buyer has the right to file a product complaint.
You can submit the product complaint:
• in electronic form via sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: email@example.com.
Please include in the description of the complaint:
• the product details of the complaint,
• the information and circumstances relating to the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of a defect,
• your contact details.
Only products with all the protective tags attached are subject to complaints.
We will respond to your complaint immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of its submission.
If it is necessary to receive the product which is the subject of the complaint in order to proceed with the complaint process, we will ask you to deliver the product to our address.
