1. Returns policy in case of new products sold by Luxury Love ( marked as “Sold by Luxury Love” in product description):
• Customers who are consumers have the right to renounce the contract and return Products within 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment without giving any reason for it. In order to return the purchased Product please complete the Return Form (click here to download > > ) and send it back together with the returned Product to the company address (Wojska Polskiego 16a street, Rudniki, postal code: 42-240, POLAND).
• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn and unused, with all tags attached. Any returns that do not meet out policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer at his cost.
• The Consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the Product. The Consumer shall return the Product either by courier or by postal services with acknowledgment of receipt.
• The Consumer shall make sure that the returned Product has been adequately secured so that it won’t het damaged during the shipment.
• Once your return has been received and accepted by us, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation. The money will be returned within 14 days to the bank account provided by you in the Return Form.
2. Return policy in case of offers published by 3rd party Sellers (name of the Seller in the product description is other than Luxury Love):
• Seller is not obliged to accept returns of pre-owned items coming from his own private collection.
• In case when the item turn outs to be fake or inconsistent with the description, the Buyer has the right to return the product to the Seller within 2 working days provided that he or she previously reported the inconsistency with the description by sending a message to email@example.com immediately after receiving the package. The Buyer will receive the money back after delivering the item to the Seller.
• Professional Sellers who have a registered company are obliged to publish their own return policy.
The Buyer has the right to file a product complaint.
You can submit the product complaint:
• in electronic form via sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
• by sending a complaint to the address: Adprogress Kamila Cierniak, Wojska Polskiego 16a Street, 42-240 Rudniki, Poland.
Please include in the description of the complaint:
• the product details of the complaint,
• the information and circumstances relating to the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of a defect,
• your contact details.
We will respond to your complaint immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.
